Expo 2020 Korean Pavilion Operations
The Brief
Support the delivery and ongoing management of the Korea Pavilion across the full six-month run of Expo 2020 Dubai, as part of the Inspire team working directly with the client.
My Role
I worked closely with the client to coordinate facilities management, production, maintenance and entertainment scheduling for the pavilion.
The Challenge
Maintaining a consistently high standard of pavilion operations and staffing coverage 24 hours a day, across a six-month event with sustained visitor volume.
Delivery
Careful planning and close client collaboration kept the pavilion running smoothly throughout Expo, with continuous staffing coverage and coordinated entertainment scheduling maintained across the full operation.
Result
The Korea Pavilion was recognised as one of the event's standout pavilions, reflecting the consistency of its day-to-day operations across the six-month run.
